Everything is in stock unless it says “pre-order” and will be shipped within 1-3 days of your order being placed. The U.S.P.S. scan every package upon receipt but sometimes it takes a couple of days for their tracking link to update. 

As Mister Rogers once said, “You are a very special person. There is only one like you in the whole world…”. We have designed our products to fit as broad of a spectrum of head and neck sizes, proportions and features as possible but, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for everyone. Please make sure you review the product sizes and details before you purchase.

Yes! We ship all over the world. Please note that all import duties or customs clearance fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility. If you fail to pay the import duties required and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping and handling. Please acknowledge that international shipping time can take often longer than expected and is out of our control. 

All our gear includes our proprietary design of 2 layers of fabric with our G95 filtration material sandwiched within from edge to edge. A standard cotton mask or stretchable nylon & polyester gaiter filters out an average of 30% of airborne particles size 50 microns or larger. In tests, our products filter out an average of 99% of all airborne particles 0.1 microns or larger. 

Our G95 filtration material is custom made for us in Europe and then sent to cut and sew shops around the world. We currently have cut and sew shops in Asia, Latin America and the United States of America.

We developed all of our G95 gear to be washed and reused many times. How often you should wash it depends on the conditions you are using it in, your exposure to those conditions and the length of exposure all combined with your personal preference. If you are only running errands around town and not in high exposure situations, then every couple of days or so should suffice. If you are in an area with lots of air pollution or smoke from wildfires, or if you decide to attend a demonstration, political rally or sports event with large crowds, we recommend you wash your gear afterwards.

Yes! All of our gear was tested at one of the premier testing facilities in the U.S. and proven to outperform many of the popular air pollution masks or allergy masks that are on the market today. Our G95 gear filtered out an average of 99% of all airborne particles size 0.1 microns or larger. Visit our FILTRATION page for more information.

Because of the possibility of cross-contamination, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. If an item is received damaged, we will gladly replace it. We stand by all our products; please see information on our ironclad guarantee below.

It should be fine. It takes several passes through the dryer at super hot settings to harm the filtration. But don’t do it again :)

Yes, we do! However, our ordering system doesn’t allow us to do it automatically, so please contact us via email and tell us what you would like specifically. We will then send an order with a special discount ready to go.  

We have donated a lot of G95 gear over the years. If you have a worthwhile cause, please contact us and tell us about your specific needs so we can review and see if it’s a good fit for us.  

Ordering & Shipping

Shipping and handling are FREE to addresses anywhere within the United States. We ship all orders with the United States Postal Service and send everything to customers in the U.S. via Priority Mail. International orders are also shipped via the U.S.P.S. either First Class or Priority Mail. We charge a flat fee of $25 for all international orders. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. If you do not receive an email confirmation in 24 hours, please contact us so we can verify that your email address was entered correctly. Please make sure your email address and shipping address are correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. 

If you feel like your order might have gotten lost in the shuffle, please let us know so we can try and track it down and get you taken care of. 

"Pre-order" products are either about to go into production or are currently in production and have not arrived into our inventory yet, meaning we will ship them out to you as soon as they are ready. In most cases, we aim to ship pre-orders out within 6-8 weeks. However, sometimes for reasons beyond our control - postal service slowdowns and global pandemics, for example - things can take longer. Because of that, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date on any pre-orders. Regrettably, pre-order sales are final and cannot be canceled.  

You can cancel an order at any time before a shipping label is created. After a shipping label has been created, we can no longer cancel or change an order. At that point, all orders are considered final sales. 

Your credit card gets billed at the time of checkout when you place your order on our website. This is the case for all orders of merchandise, both in-stock and pre-order. If you are uncomfortable with your card being charged for pre-order merchandise, please wait and place your order when the item you wish to purchase is back in stock. 

Products & Quality

We are as committed to making sure our products and practices don’t contribute to Climate Change as we are committed to creating gear that protects you from its effects. You can learn more about what we are doing to limit our impact on our SUSTAINABILITY page. 

We stand behind all our products and the quality of our manufacturing. If you receive a product that got damaged in transit, or if a manufacturing issue arises shortly after receiving it, please contact us immediately so we can address it asap. It is critical that you provide pictures or video if possible, to demonstrate the defect along with specific details so we can determine how best to handle it. Full disclosure - we may require additional information from you and ask that you return it to us to analyze or provide evidence that you destroy the defective product/s prior to us sending out a replacement. Unfortunately, this means that you may be without protection during the replacement process.

G95 gear can help protect you from bacteria, viruses, air pollution, allergens, smoke, and other airborne health risks. 

Wearing & Caring

Please refer to the wash ‘n’ care instructions on each product for product-specific care details. You can also refer to our CARE page for general information. G95 gear can be washed up to 50 times without losing its protective qualities.  

No. All G95 gear has particulate filtration built-in that we designed to be washed and reused. So, no need to remove, replace or sign up for a filter subscription. Simply wash your gear per our instructions, and you are good to go! 

Misc

We receive hundreds of emails every day and, although we strive hard to respond to everyone personally, sometimes it’s difficult to do so and occasionally some fall through the cracks. We have gone to great lengths to attempt to answer as many questions as we can in different areas on our website and with these F.A.Q.’s. Please take the time to review our website and read through our F.A.Q.’s before contacting us. Due to the high volume of emails that we receive daily, we have a policy of not responding to questions for which we have already provided answers to on the website.
