I just wanted to say that I purchased the BioGaiter hemp & cotton version and it was a game changer. I work outside sales for a pest control company so I come in close proximity to people all day long and I really wanted a gaiter that offered true protection for me and my family. I just wanted to write you and say thank you so much!!! I wrote a while ago, asking if our masks were ok, because my son accidentally put them in the dryer for a few minutes and I have 3 children attending in person school. I got a response saying they would probably be ok, and went on with out a second thought. However, about a week later I got a package in the mail from you with 3 free masks and a note that said "stay safe in school." I was completely shocked!! I so appreciate this and I cannot thank you enough!! We cannot afford to buy new masks and I was worried about these being able to last all year long. You have blessed us so much!! "OMG!! I never ever DREAMED I would be wearing your mask in fires!! I live where I had to load my car for evacuation for many hours in snowing ash and smoke! My face was red where the mask was not! I have now worn it IN THE CAR driving to my daughters and back. A government site gave wrong information when I returned. Crews who help make those determinations are only arriving this morning.
